About The Firm:

Muhammad Sadiq & Associates,which is based in Karachi, Pakistan was founded in 1977.
The firm is headed by Mr.Muhammad Sadiq, Senior Advocate High Court,with the other five to six associates.
We maintain a broad-based general practice, with an emphasis on banking and finance, energy and intellectual property rights, civil & corporate matters and service matters, company laws, insurance laws, family laws, constitutional laws, convincing, rent laws, commercial and financial matters including Domestic and International Arbitration, Mergers and Acquisitions, Privatizations, Venture Capital, Securities, Cross border Joint Ventures, Insurance, International Trade In these areas, litigation as well as opinion work, Inquiries, drafting and convincing are undertaken. Legal services in respect of Bond Issues and Placement are also rendered.
Experience :
 We have a vast experience of drafting agreements between Banks / Financial Institutions and Individuals, Banks / Financial Institutions and Companies. In addition to the above we have been actively engaged in drafting and reviewing Contracts of Companies. We have drafted and executed Registered Mortgages, Equitable Mortgages and charges etc. for our several clients, including financial institutions, Private & Public Limited Companies.It is noteworthy that we are handling court cases not only on behalf of the Banking & Financial Institutions but even individual clients.

 The firm offers value for money and clear practical legal advice to the clients. Our billing method is flexible and we are not bedded to the hourly rate. Consolidated transaction fee, fixed retainer or the hourly rates are all offered depending upon suitability and client preference.We take the concept of client attorney privilege seriously and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
